Report THREE from India/Sri Lanka

As usually 28 – 32 degree and sunny and I am sitting here at the balcony and are writing. The local time is 9.30 am and will stay here until it will be too hot, then I move to the restaurant and continue there. By the way is there any of you that have heard of or even tested apple Gin? Yes I mean apple Gin, it´s a local speciality and it is very good mixed with some water.

Yesterday we was supposed to visit a local guy at his home, but unfortunately his days of changed into others, so we were forced to cancel it and we found it very pity. But we will get other possibilities if we remain our mind open.

This Thursdays we vent to the rainforest it was amazing with all this animals and the incredible threes. Among many other animals we saw snakes, colourfully birds, animals living in the threes, but unfortunately we didn´t saw any Leopards or maybe we shall say; thanks god, they told us that they liv in this forest. We walked and climbed a long distance and then we were divided into small groups and me and Tina was one. We continued to walk and climb, then the guide told us to stay where we are, now he should be with another group a while. It was so peaceful and beautiful; we enjoyed, was bathing in the waterfall and so on. When we had stayed there for more than two hours, we started to realize that we actually were alone at this spot of the rainforest, with all the animals that could be there. But I had my Swiss army knife with me and by that we felt I little more comfortable. Then after two and a half hour the guide get back and we continued our walk.

Yesterday Tina bought a ring with a ruby and diamonds and it is incredible low prices for all stones here at Sri Lanka. When I stop working around lunchtime today, we will collect this ring.

Report TWO from India/Sri Lanka

Life has been good seems last report, everything from enjoyment to sometimes working. It`s strange, all of those Lankesian people we have been talking to have told that there was over 50.000 people killed by the Tsunami. I cannot remember that I found that big amount reported by the media. But all was so concentrated to Thailand and the worse places in Indonesia. I have never had this experience before in any country, that I have visited and they are many – We have already during this so fare short time in Sri Lanka, been invited to people’s homes by three persons. Next Sunday we will visit a man’s home appr. 50 km from our gest house. We will travel together with him by train.

Now will many of you say; of-course the like to have you as guests in their homes, they try to get high benefits from it. Maybe maybe not, how many of us, never have an hidden agenda for what we are doing? However we all made our own decision upon what is driven us and we are sure there will be a good win-win situation, for all of us in the end. Please do not forget that fear is something that many of us are driven by.

Now it´s time for me to stop, the time is 6.30 am and I am sitting on our balcony and are looking at a beautiful Indian Ocean. Soon it will to warm for to take our walk through the jungle to the beautiful and peaceful Jungle Beach. We will be guided by an old man we meat while we made a walk.

Talk to people and you will find that you get many opportunities; the problem is to catch them.

Report ONE from India/Sri Lanka

After spending three whole days in Mumbai, this incredible big city. I can tell you this because I have been in Tokyo, but this must be bigger, It took more than two hours to go from the mid of the city to the south and it was not when the traffic was as worse.

Can you belive that there are a long and wide sandy beach a little bit north from the mid of the city. When we visited it, it was packed with bathing and relaxing Indians and they ws really bathing. We didn´t even consider to walk at the water edge, and we didn´t saw any western people for the two hours we spend there. I think that they are bathing in this water because they are not aware of anything else.

When we came to Mumbai International airport, there was a total caos, few was trying to remain in the ques, but most of the crowed was not and I can tell that if it should be in any other country, there would have been a huge figth.

Now we are in Sri Lanka and both me and my wife didn´t expect that it should big difference between India and Sri Lanka. But we find it very much cleaner, the people seems to be more careful of being gentle, even if we find Indians as gentle. It is a little bit more expensive, maybe it can be compared to Thailand. I and Tina both consider Sri Lanka as a kind of mix between India and Thailand.

At the moment we are in the very south of Sri Lanka at a small beutiful place called Unawatuna close to Galle. It has one of the best beaches I have seen and I have seen many.
This will be my combined working place and relaxing for the next twelve days.

Now my and my wife Tina are back in India again and right now in Mumbai. Tomorrow we leave for Sri Lanka an will stay there for two weeks. After that we go back to India again and will stay in the very south of Goa and their suroundings.

I Will replace my normal text into reports from our journey, but probably they will be filled by attitude and personal development, it is hard to avoid when travelling in this part of our world.

I fell priviliged to be able to do my profession anywhere in the world and I can promisse you that it is worth to stirve for.

Keys how to create WIN-WIN Situations.

Write down at least five situations or agreements in which know for sure that you not have acted upon WIN-Win.
Write down at least five situations or agreements in which know for sure that you have acted upon WIN-Win.
Write down at least five where you not yourself have got a WIN-WIN situation.
And do the same with situations you got it.
Now try to figure out why it has become the way it have in the first keys. Is there anything in common with them? You will probably find at least one or more and if you then go back into how you act in life, you will find why it is like this.
Chose a conflict, it can be in the world or it can be in your everyday life, then write down five things that you think causes them. Then write down five things that you believe are the reason for them and how to solve them by thinking – WIN-WIN.

Please do not forget what like to get always depend on yourself, your attitude, to see other people and to see all of them that not get what they want and then to help them to achieve it.

If you like to achieve something you want, it is only for you to help enough other people to achieve theirs.

One of the greatest challenges within Personal Development.

It is not hard to know and how it shall be done or what it request and so on. But to take it in action when it is required, that is the great challenge. For example; to choose between to be a victim or to act upon responsibility, you can also say to chose between fear and love. It is quite obvious, even for all them that not engage themselves in personal development, to choose responsibility or love compared to be a victim. But when it really got to the edge and by that I mean you find yourselves in a hard situation, it can be very hard to make the right decision, which is responsibility. Unfortunately it seems to be more comfortable to choose victim at a short time base. But if you had chosen responsibility, you maybe have faced a short time problem, but you should have found a long term of satisfaction and now doubt of that. To choose victim is equal to `quick fix` and even if you are working on your personal development, you easily can show up in a situation where you choose to be victim.

We are all human, so in spite of that we work hard on our personal development, we sometimes make wrong decisions. I claim that there are non today living human that in every situations make the right decision. But the clue is to always fight to make the right decision and that is the key to your personal development.

Nobody is perfect, but is requested of to always try to be, if you want to claim that you are improving your personal development.

If not, you once again will get another possibility to make a new year into your best ever.

Is it not strange, this opportunity you have had so many times in your lives and exactly how many, are of course depending on your age. In spite of that, as many you have had, as fewer you got left until it will be ZERO.

Watch out that you take care of the new years that remains and that universe, the living intelligence, god or whatever you like to call it still gives you them. One New Year eve, or maybe it already have turned into New Year day, you sit there and cannot affect how your life will look like. You have reached the point in life, where there is not much left and your best days are fore sure behind you, you are not any longer possible to affect it.

Make YOUR 2012 to the best year ever in your life, if not, which of your remaining years will it be?

To understand the strength in forgiving is a fantastic Attitude.

It is probably not many of you that on a regular basis follow my texts, that can have missed how important I find to forgive is and at the same time understand that you do it for your own sake, called it egoistic.

The reason for me to put this up again is that there are a murder in Sweden, that got in jail for lifetime seventeen years ago, for having killed ten persons. He has now got his punishment limited to twenty years, this mean that he will be free within three years. Before I continue, I will be absolutely clear about that I find his crime more awful and have absolutely no sympathy to words him or the crime he made. He deserve to have a very long punishment.

I heard on radio the news that his punishment was changed into a limit of twenty years and right after that there started an interview with a father who’s daughter was killed twenty and something years old. This was of course extremely painful to him, but I got a little surprised when I heard him say that it was a stroke to all who have got children killed. It was totally impossible for to ever forgive this killer, he had so far hated him extremely much and will remain that way the rest of his life. His life has been destroyed and now it will be even worse. It is totally impossible to forgive him, my life is ruined and now it will remain until I die, the father said.

My message to this hard affected father is: If he, as times goes bye ,could have getting himself and the rest of his family more of peace in mind by forgiving, he could have saved himself from all this pain and frustration. His loved daughter is dead and he cannot get her back, no matter how much hate and frustration he got towards this killer. This shall he only do for himself, not for giving the murder an easier life. I find it sad to realize that this father has found his life ruined for seventeen years and now it will be even worse. I will say that it all depends on that he have chosen not be able to forgive and by that got some kind of healing and peace in mind.

It seems to me that this father have reached the age of retirement, which mean that this will follow him to his death, with all this pain, frustration and so on. Is it really worth this very high price, he has already paid a tremendous high price by the lost of his daughter?

Right at this exact time of year we are supposed to be happy. It is amazing that we have chosen one single occasion to make it became reality.
